We work only with established, internationally recognised developers with delivered projects. Each object is pre-qualified on location, legal structure and payment terms before it enters the vault.
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Spain, Bali, Georgia (Batumi) and two German segments — listed buildings and existing stock — are available now. Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, Malta and Cyprus are in preparation and marked accordingly.
